By using Independent Book Vendor’s services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• Authors and publishers are responsible for providing accurate registration details, book information, and required files before the stated deadlines.
• Full payment is required before any service begins, and registrations are subject to event deadlines and availability.
• Books must be registered before shipping, and display space is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Display copies may become the property of Independent Book Vendor unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Digital files submitted for eBook or “Look Inside” features may be used to display a limited preview for promotional purposes.
• Independent Book Vendor reserves the right to refuse content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates our policies.
• Our services are designed to increase your book’s visibility but do not guarantee sales, publishing contracts, or specific results.
• Authorized resellers are responsible for submitting accurate information on behalf of their clients.
