Thank you for choosing Independent Book Vendor. Please send your book(s) before the event deadlines. If you’re participating in multiple book fairs, you may ship all your books in one package—no additional paperwork is required, as every book is matched to your registration.

Shipping Guidance
- Send one copy of your book for each event you’ve registered for.
- Ship all display copies to our main address unless instructed otherwise.
- We recommend FedEx or UPS for reliable tracking, or USPS Priority Mail for secure delivery.
- International authors can save on shipping by ordering books through Amazon US and sending them directly to our address.
